I will meet with you at the property at no charge for an initial consultation to view the site, get to understand your wants and needs and to see if we are a good fit to work together. After the initial consultation, I will prepare a design agreement that spells out what is to be completed for your review. My fee schedule is based on the complexity of the project, the difficulty of the site and whether you have existing site plans.
If the project is out of the Sedona area, I can still work with you provided you can send enough site information and pictures of the property.
Below are some examples of what a typical full yard design plan looks like. At the preliminary stage, I send screen shots with coloration on a black background to help visualize the design. The final plan is rendered in black and white in a 24″ x 36″ format as a PDF file.
Depending on the nature of the design and the site conditions, a 3D modeling of the design may be created to help you visualize it as an up grade to a standard 2D presentation. 3D renderings take much more time than 2D drafting.
